C’est en mettant un peu d’ordre dans mes fichiers audio il y a quelques jours que je réalisai que je n’avais jamais écouté « Maxinquaye » de Tricky, un très bon album me rappelant un peu le Massive Attack d’époque dont il faisait partie. Un album rempli de sons trip-hop comme je les aime, des sons comme on en retrouve plus ces derniers temps, des sons qui évoquent Amsterdam.
Oui, j'ai entendu pareil Mais d'un autre coté, ça fait tellement longtemps qu'on en parle. C'est dommage mais ca dois placer une certaine pression sur le groupe, on l'attends tous avec impatience, on espere tous que ce soit bon. Enfin, on verra...
D'un autre coté, si t'aime Portishead, passe par l'album solo de Beth Gibbons, la chanteuse, c'est vraiment pas mal!
Maxinquaye 'serait' l'album le plus abouti de Tricky. Si tu aimes bien l'ambiance comme la photo que tu as faire avec le néon, va écouter Premillenium Tension !
